1 Corinthians 6:20

“You were bought with a price [you were actually purchased with the precious blood of Jesus and made His own]. So then, honor and glorify God with your body.”

‭Imagine you're living in an extremely valuable house for free and you take terrible care of it.

Jesús gave his life and body for us, to the point that he didn’t look human at the end. He exchanged and took our sorrows so that we can have full joy. He took a beating upon his body so we can have a healthy spirit and physical life.

Your body belongs to God. Take care of what your only renting temporarily.

Eat good, exercise and care for what Jesus gave His life for. He died so we can be blessed not only in the spirit but in the natural now.
