Palabra Del Día

“Y le hicieron allí una cena; Marta servía, y Lázaro era uno de los que estaban sentados a la mesa con él.”

Hay 3 cosas: cena, servir y Lázaro.

Jesús hizo esto a solo 6 días de morir.

Él les dio un momento glorioso antes de la cruz, mostrando; “siéntate hasta que ponga a tus enemigos como tu estrado”. Te serviré una hermosa cena y comerás. Lázaro estuvo muerto por cuatro días, Dios lo llamó por su nombre y lo resucitó. Al igual que nosotros, Lázaro quien una vez murió, resucitó de los muertos sin debilidad ni enfermedad, sino fuerte, saludable, comiendo y celebrando con su familia.

Jesús está diciendo que no importa lo que hayas visto o escuchado o si el mundo no ha ayudado, el gran Yo Soy está aquí para ti.

Ahora que vivimos después de la cruz, ¿qué tenemos? Alégrate sabiendo que el enemigo está bajo nuestros pies. Ve y sirve al Señor. Recuerda que una vez estábamos muertos, pero ahora vivimos y hemos sido liberados.

“There they made Him a supper; and Martha served, but Lazarus was one of those who sat at the table with Him.”

‭‭John‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭

There are 3 things to take note of here: supper, serving and Lazarus. Jesus did this with only 6 days away from dying.  He gave them a glorious moment before the cross, showing us that as we sit we make our enemies our footstool and serves us a beautiful meal to eat.  Lazarus was dead for four days and God called Him by name and resurrected him. Like us,  Lazarus who was once dead was raised from the dead, not  weak or sickly but strong, healthy, eating and celebrating with his family.  Jesus was saying no matter what you have seen or heard the great "I am" is here for you.  Now that we live after the cross - what do we have now?  Rejoice, knowing that the enemy is under our feet.  Go and serve the Lord. Remember, once we were dead but now we live and have been set free.

“Y había muchas lámparas en el aposento alto donde estaban reunidos;”

‭‭Hechos‬ ‭20:8‬ ‭RVR1960‬‬

Temprano en la noche de ayer, alguien de la cadena de oración me envió un mensaje de texto que decía que durante la oración vio un volcán. Inmediatamente, el Señor le dio la escritura en Hechos, donde los discípulos estaban en el aposento alto y recibieron el Espíritu Santo. Más tarde, la palabra en Hechos 20:8 vino. No lo conecté hasta cuando oramos esta mañana.

Ahora estamos en un lugar más alto con Dios. Si habitamos en Él y lo buscamos diligentemente, estaremos en un lugar donde el enemigo no puede tocarnos. Es demasiada luz y poder.

Earlier in the evening, someone in the prayer chain sent me a text saying that during prayer, they saw a volcano. Immediately the Lord gave him the scripture in Acts where the disciples were in the upper room and received the Holy Spirit.  Later, the word from Acts 20:8 came. I didn't connect them until prayer this morning.

We are now in a place with God where we are on higher ground.  If we abide with Him and seek Him diligently, we will be in a place where the enemy cannot touch us. There's too much light and power for the enemy!

¡Qué momento! ¡Qué generación!
Estas personas estuvieron allí por los milagros. Tuvieron el privilegio de ver a Jesús en la carne. Lo vieron crucificado y resucitado. Si vivieras en esa época y pudieras ver, escuchar y conocer a Jesús, ¿todavía lo dudarías? ¡Asombroso! ¡Ellos tuvieron un gran problema! Hoy tenemos el Espíritu Santo y por eso creemos. ¡Gracias Jesús! Él nos lleva al arrepentimiento, abre nuestros ojos y nos permite creer. Agradezcamos que creemos, pidamos más comprensión acerca de quién es Jesús y vamos a conocerlo en el poder de su resurrección. Es verdaderamente un regalo de parte de Dios para nosotros el permitir que nuestro espíritu diga "sí" a Jesús.

“When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted.”

What a moment! What a generation!! These people were there for the miracles. They had the privilege of seeing Jesus in the flesh. They saw Him crucified and resurrected.  If you lived in that era and you were able to see, hear, and know Jesus, would you still doubt? Wow! They had a big  a problem!! Today we have the Holy Spirit and because of that we believe. Thank you Jesus! He brings us to repentance, opens our eyes and allows us to believe.  Let's be grateful that we believe, ask for more understanding of who Jesus is and know Him in the power of His resurrection. It is truly a gift from God to us that He allows our spirit to say "yes" to Jesus.
