The Lord is happy when we preach the gospel.  The fact they could preach the gospel not just to the Jews but to everyone was amazing to them and good for us.  It's a privilege and honor to preach the gospel.  Today let's share the love of our friend Jesus to the world. Let's make an effort to speak about this amazing gospel that's full of power in His name: Jesus.  We're very blessed having this knowledge. Let's share real news, "Jesus loves you!"

La paz es valiosa y preciosa. Leyendo este salmo se puede ver que el sueño del escritor es tener un lugar en armonía.  Nuestras calles deben escuchar los sonidos de paz. Lo que sea, sea, quien sea, dondequiera que estés en la vida, haz lo mejor que puedas para pensar, amar y ser como Cristo.  Una vida solitaria cambió este mundo. Un gran soldado se nota cuando él o ella es fiel a lo que su general les pide hacer. No nos pongamos cómodos con los caminos de este mundo tan oscuros y recordemos que podemos hacer la diferencia. El momento es justo ahora.

Word of the Day

“That our oxen may be well laden; That there be no breaking in or going out; That there be no outcry in our streets.”

Psalm 144:14

Peace is valuable and precious. In reading this psalm it's very clear that the writer's dream is to have a place of harmony. 

Sounds of peace should be heard in our streets. Whatever, whoever, wherever we are in life, we have do our very best to think, love and be like Christ.

One solitary life changed this world. A great soldier is noted when he or she is faithful to whatever command his/her general gives them to do.  Let's not get comfortable with the ways of this world and remember we can make a difference. The time is right now.

Hagamos una lista hoy, recordando todas las bendiciones de Dios. Probablemente no tendremos tiempo ni espacio para escribirlas todas. Seguiremos recordando más durante el día. Dios es bueno y siempre será bueno. No desprecie los pequeños comienzos y aprecie todo lo que Dios hace. Recuerde lo grande, lo pequeño y lo diminuto. Al igual que una semilla, que es tan pequeña, pero puede convertirse en un enorme árbol de Secoya.  Como una semilla, nuestros sueños pueden parecer muy inalcanzables, pero si estamos agradecidos por lo que ya Él nos ha dado, es entonces cuando Dios hace todas las cosas posibles.  Recordemos esto hoy, hará a Dios feliz.

Let's make a list today, remembering all of God's blessings. We probably won't have room or time to write them all down.  We will keep remembering more throughout the day.  God is good and will always be good.  Don't despise small beginnings and appreciate everything God does.  Remember the big, the small and the very small.  Seeds are so small but can grow into a huge Sequioa tree.

Like a seed into a great tree, our dreams seem so unreachable but if we are grateful for what He has already given us, it is then that God makes ALL things possible!  Let's remember today, it will make God happy!

“Estas cosas habló Jesús, y levantando los ojos al cielo, dijo: Padre, la hora ha llegado; glorifica a tu Hijo, para que también tu Hijo te glorifique a ti;”

Escuchando hoy las palabras de una canción que describen cómo Jesús nos ama fue como un despertar. Fue su súplica para darnos paz y darnos la seguridad de que Él está en control de todas las cosas. ¿Cómo no responder a este amor que Jesús tiene por nosotros? ¿Cómo no amarle de vuelta? Es un honor para Él amarnos y llamarnos por nombre. Jesús levantó los ojos y oró al Padre, sabiendo que tendría que sufrir por la humanidad. Nosotros también podemos levantar nuestros ojos al que dio su vida por nosotros y comenzar un nuevo camino, una nueva vida de alegría, paz y poder. Un amor así no puede ser rechazado; Sólo puede aceptarse. Comencemos ahora.

John 17:1

Hearing words to a song today describing  how Jesus loves us was very awakening.  The song showed his desire to give us peace and assurance that He is in control of all things.  How can you not respond to this love that Jesus has for us?  How could we not love Him back?  It's an honor for Him to love and call us by name.  Jesus lifted His eyes and prayed to the Father knowing that He would have to suffer for mankind. We too can lift our eyes to the one that gave His life for us and begin a new walk; a new life of joy, peace and power.  A love like that cannot be rejected; it can only be accepted!  Let's begin now!
